2. What data we process
What you give us in the forms: name, email, phone (optional), city or area, details of your search (operation, budget, bedrooms) or of your property (type, operation, expected price), plus any notes you add. We also record your IP address, user agent, the date and the version of the text you accepted, as proof of consent.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Handling your registration and contacting you to provide the housing matching service. Basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6.1.b).
- Sending you commercial emails (news, property alerts), only if you tick the specific box and confirm your address via the link we email you (double opt-in). Basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 21 LSSI).
- Security and abuse prevention (rate limiting, technical logs). Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
Consent to commercial emails is separate and optional: leaving it unticked does not affect your registration. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message; this does not affect earlier processing.
4. Retention

5. Recipients
